Processing & Order Policy

Handmade With Care

Thank you for supporting our small, growing business. Every product is carefully handcrafted in small batches, including our organic skincare and wellness teas. Because each item is made by hand to ensure quality and freshness, production requires dedicated time and attention.

Processing & Handling Time

  • All orders require 7–14 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

  • During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

  • Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated processing timeframe.

No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the handmade and personal-care nature of our products:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless explicitly approved.

  • Approval is granted solely at our discretion in cases such as:

    • Incorrect item received

    • Product damaged during transit (photo proof required within 48 hours of delivery)If an issue arises, please contact us promptly so we can review your concern.

      Damages & Issues:
      Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product. Be sure to include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can properly evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution.
